At Beaumont Family Dentistry, we feel strongly about serving our community to the best of our ability. In addition to providing high-quality dental and orthodontic services to Lexington-area residents, we stay involved in local charitable organizations. Below are just some of the ways we do this.
- Donations – One of the ways we give back to our community is by donating to local charitable organizations. These organizations include the Lexington Humane Society, ICareKY, and God’s Pantry. God’s Pantry is a member of the Kentucky Association of Food Banks and helps to feed Kentuckians in need. ICareKY is responsible for traffic safety campaigns such as “Don’t Squeeze the Lemon” and “Safe & Seen.”
- Refuge for Women – Dr. Takacs serves on the board of the Refuge for Women, an organization that helps women who have been involved in the sex trade. Refuge for Women provides a place to stay, counseling, and a better life for these women. Dr. Takacs has been on the board of this organization for three years and is dedicated to the cause.
- Military Support – Our office supports our military by sending care packages to our troops overseas. We strongly support the military and love to be able to help in this way.
- Salvation Army’s Angel Tree – Christmas is a special time for us at Beaumont Family Dentistry. We especially love to give back to the community during this time through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. In each of our offices, we have a tree set up with the names, ages, and wish lists of children who are in need of a special Christmas this year. Join our staff in this special tradition by choosing your own angel from our tree!
